Brace yourselves, because St. Louis is about to get a whole lot icier with the 17th Annual Ice Carnival in the Delmar Loop and we’ve got all the frosty details.

Last year, more than 12,000 frost-seekers gathered in the Loop, and this year’s event, set to happen on Jan. 20, is shaping up to outshine its predecessors. The Delmar Loop, known for its vibrant energy and unique charm, is gearing up to host an icy spectacle.

Let’s talk highlights. This year, more than 50 ice sculptures glitter under the winter sun in a frozen art show. Live ice carving demonstrations will leave you in awe as artists transform blocks into stunning creations right before your eyes. Live music will set the cool tone and fire performers are set to heat things up. If you’re feeling playful, inflatable activities and the sight of snowflake ballerinas twirling around will surely add to the family-friendly magic.
